The Integritas Group Story |

Hi Jason Wells here. I am the founder of Integritas Group. People ask me: "What is Integritas Group?" I started to answer the question with: "It is a system...." and then realize that it doesn't explain fully what Integritas Group is. It's like trying to explain everything about USANA in two minutes. You just can't. Rather let me share a story with you…. Dr. Wentz was frustrated with nutrition products out there and USANA products were created, because Dr. Wentz wanted to set the standard. Integritas Group was found on the same principles. I looked at every possible system out there and nothing measured up to the standard that Chris Lopez and I set for our organizations. So, we built our own system. Before I continue with the story, I will say that Chris Lopez and I have been solid and "all-in" with USANA from the beginning. Over the years we have had offers for lots of money to maybe make a decision that might have not been the most ethical one or the best for USANA. We always declined because we wanted to stay true to our integrity and to USANA. The same integrity that we believe Dr. Wentz and USANA has held. About eight years ago, I was building USANA totally online (my upline only taught building online). My upline had access to "exclusive" leads from author, Robert G. Allen, so he had leads that I didn't have. So, basically, his business wasn't duplicatable. So I had to teach myself marketing and how generate my own leads. Once I did that, I started sponsoring people and in two years shot to Ruby Director in USANA. I did it pretty much by myself. The challenge I had was that I could not get my downline to duplicate what I did and I realized that every detail I had learned: how to market, when to call prospects, what to say to them, when to call downline, what to say them, what to teach them was something that only I knew through trial and error. So, that is was the beginning of Integritas Group. One of my top leaders, Chris Lopez and I started working on a "system" that could guide people on exactly what I did to get to Ruby. Chris ranked to Gold Director in USANA by using the system. Around the same time, I ranked to Emerald Director using the Integritas Group system. The point I am trying to make is a lot of systems are created AFTER a leader is successful, so they really can't say that success came from that system. THEY may be successful, but how can they say the system is successful? Integritas Group has moved Chris Lopez and I forward in USANA. We have had many other leaders move forward with the help of Integritas Group. Every year, Top Preferred Customer awards at Convention go to Integritas Group members solidifying our commitment to Dr. Wentz's vision and the products. The challenge we had was developing leads and contacts on a grand scale. We did advertising on a huge scale with Yahoo Big Media and ran ad campaigns in excess of $20,000 a month for a large group of people in Integritas Group. I mention this, because many systems in USANA over the years that have come and gone claim they were built by marketers (and network marketers). But in reality that's not the case. Often times a leader will just get a 3rd party system and put their team page on the front of it. It's like so many of the nutrition companies out there that have their products manufactured by a 3rd party and then they put their label on there. USANA keeps R&D, manufacturing, and the whole process in house for quality control reasons and to have the best products out there. Integritas Group follows the same philosophy by keeping everything in house that is built by USANA Associates. Just like many have tried to copy cat USANA and failed… many have tried to copy the Integritas Group. I am the most knowledgeable leader in USANA on Internet advertising. Period. Most of these leaders who run these "internet systems" have never had solid long-term advertising experience and the ones that do learned it from me. I do not want to sound like a "know-it-all" or like I am bragging, but the feedback I have gotten from many Integritas Group members is that: "Jason, you and Chris are too modest. People need to know how great Integritas Group is." So after providing amazing leads and contacts on a large scale, I realized people needed to brand themselves and have their own marketing presence. We then spent the last year developing and perfecting "The Hub" which is a complete marketing component for Integritas Group. Now, people can have their own true blog, unlimited capture pages, autoresponders, email promotion, social media integration, and pay-per-click training (and everything else you need to build your business online). All of this said, I find that people in USANA are always looking for the next best thing and that is why they are stuck at the rank they have been stuck at. Bottom line, Integritas Group has been the longest running system in USANA. Integritas Group hands down has more features than any other system. No system is close. Integritas Group is built by USANA associates. Everything is built by USANA associates. Other systems have a name that may be familiar to USANA associates, but the reality is that the basic platform they are built on are owned by someone else. So, if you are a USANA associate who wants to take things to the next level, are tired of the hype of systems, want to build online and offline, and want a duplicatable online system for their downline (or future downline), then Integritas Group is for you.
